    Do you offer local pick-up?

    We are based in North York, Ontario, Canada. If you choose to save on shipping and want to pick-up your order, you can definitely do so! Just enter the promo code LOCALITE and then we can arrange for pick-up times!

    What do you mean when you donate % of profits?

    With every purchase, 10% of the profits are donated to a rescue organization. What we do is look at our total profits, take 10% of that, then donate to a chosen organization at the end of every quarter (or every 3 months). So for this year (2019),

    Do you accept returns and exchanges?

    Yes, as long as:
    - you contact us within 5 days of reciept
    - you return the item within 14 days of receipt

    It the reason for doing so is buyer's wrong choice, wrong selection of size, change of mind etc, all return/shipping costs are buyer's responsibility. This includes returning of the item as well as sending out of the new item. If it is due to our own error (we sent out wrong size, defect in craftmanship etc), we will be responsible for the costs.
